Winterwood Farm sits on the hills above the banks of the mighty Blanche River, in Temiskaming District, near Englehart, Ontario. Located on 240 acres of rolling fertile glacial clays, acres of hayfields to canter, lush grass in our rolling paddocks, and Miles of trails through the sand hills adjoining our property.

Our Pride and Joy...

Our pride and joy, the stable, is the focus of our leisure time and demands a large proportion of our work day. Accommodating 15 horses in comfort, with heat capture fans (for winter ventilation) and 4 sets of dutch doors, to let the breezes blow through in the summer, with the health of the horse in mind. Full day turnout in large herd paddocks or individual turnout as required. There is always someone home to bring the horses in when the weather turns nasty.

Our facility has been inspected and approved by the OEF Facilities Council . We will continue to work hard to maintain the standards set by the Ontario Equestrian Federation and promote safety and fun in horsemanship.
